Health Insurance
Health insurance coverage is provided through Blue Shield of Idaho. Elite will pay 100% of premium for full time employees working at least 30 hours per week.

Retirement
401(k) retirement plan are offered through Elite. You may request a percentage of your earnings to be invested through pre-tax deductions.

Direct Deposit
Enroll in Direct Deposit to enjoy the convenience of having your paycheck directly deposited in your account on payday, and available for immediate use.

Travel Reimbursement
Elite offers several options for travel reimbursement to employees traveling for per diem or contract shifts. We can provide housing information in each area. For more information on travel reimbursement call.

Referral bonus
Refer a friend and you could be eligible for a $250 referral bonus after the referred candidate works 60 hours.

Education Reimbursement
Available for mandatory classes for staff who work at least 60 hours per pay period, and after completing the 90-day probation period. Employees working at least 60 hours per pay period will also be eligible for RN.com membership, which offers online nursing education and CEU’s.

Completion Bonus
There is a completion bonus available on some 13-week contracts. This information will be provided with the contract posting. Incomplete contracts are not eligible for completion bonus.

Professional Liability Insurance Coverage
As an Elite Specialty Staffing employee, you are covered under our company’s professional liability policy administered through HPSO. This covers you during your working hours but not during travel to and from your assignment.

Worker’s Compensation Insurance Coverage
Elite provides you with worker’s compensation insurance administered through the appropriate state policy. All work-related injuries must be reported to our main office within 24 hours.
